Employment Contract Question
I have a friend who called me yesterday (everyone calls me for free legal advice). She has an employment contract that includes a noncompete clause. I have not specifically seen the contract, but she states that there is no "end" date on the contract. Assuming it is an indefinate contract, is there some expiration date or does it continue forever?
