Failure to stop at direction of peace officer in a second degree
What can i get for this charge? I have never been in trouble with the law besides getting tickets. I was not running from them and did not see them. They turned the lights on 1/2 a mile from where i was supposdely stopped.

Could you possibly provide us with any LESS details? What state? What age? What kind of "tickets" (i.e. priors). Why didn't you stop? Were you actually arrested, or just given a ticket? If you were arrested, what did the judge tell you at arraignment? All of these facts are relevant.
