a littel help needed urgently

hi, i jus signed up to get some info..............i got a friend who got in an accident for little over a year now, she has been goin to court about it, but it never got mentioned until last monday and they arrested her for criminal mischief, her bail is set at $100000.00.

is there anyway to get that reduced and get her out being that it was an accident?

Sounds like there may be more to the story that you don't know about. If you get in an automobile accident you usually aren't charged with criminal mischief. What else happened? Was your friend intoxicated etc?

nah she wasn't drunk, she was jus learning to drive at the time..........oh she left the scene

If she was learning to drive I would assume that she doesn't have a license right? What or who did she hit? Was the driver in the other vehicle or did she hit a pedestrian?

Your first post made us think that she was a licensed driver involved in a fender bender and then she was suddenly arrested for criminal mischief which did not make sense. If she was driving without a license, and was involved in a hit and run or actually ran over a pedestrian I can see why she was arrested. Sounds like she needs an attorney.

she smashed a gate, no one was injured.............i can't say if it was repaired at this time.

and i doubt she can afford to pay legal fees jus now either
