Dui

I can't believe it but I was arrested a couple of nights ago and charged with a DUI. I swear I didn't drink alot and did not feel drunk. I need my license for my job and need my job to support my family. Can anyone help?

I think alot of factors go into BAC. Span of drinking time, whether or not you ate something close to the time you were drinking, ingesting any other medications etc. These all may be factors in you being charged with a DUI. Is this your first DUI?

YOU HAVE TO ASK THE JUDGE TO GRANT YOU A RESTRICTED DRIVERS LICENSE FOR WORK ONLY.SHOW THE JUDGE YOU ARE SO THANKFUL THAT YOU DIDN'T HURT ANYONE. EVERYONE HAS GOTTON A DUI.SO JUST KNOW THAT YOU'LL BE ON PROBATION? DON'T RISK IT AGAIN..TAKE CARE..

I know this is an old thread, but the stupidity of this statement astounds me. This is precisely WHY people feel ENTITLED to get behind the wheel of the car and drive since "everyone has gotten a DUI".

The truth is everyone has NOT gotten a DUI. And, in actuality, some people, like me, don't drink EVER.

Until the reality and danger of drunk driving is understood it will continue to threaten us all.
