Traffic ticket turns to warrant.

Ok so, long story short I got a ticket went to pay it and realized I missed the court date. I owe 540$ I don't have.. So I couldn't pay it. I tell the lady I can't pay it she basically said to bad so I left. Now its been almost a year I got my license revoked now. I just lost my job and low and behold I can't get a new one without a license. now they haven't called me or even threatened to come pick me up but I need a license to drive and to get another job. Currently I do work with a friend but its barely enough to pay the bills... He picks me up etc. But the work is coming to an end considering its landscaping and im up a creek. Now with no money and no job im forced to either-

A. Turn myself in.
or
B. Look for legal advice.

Now I have a wife and a kid so I really prefer not going to jail so anyone out there have some advice for me? I live in Tuttle, Oklahoma I was pulled over in Oklahoma County and my license was suspended.... Anymore questions feel free to ask if it will help you help me!

I just realized that you posted another thread, which I just responded to. You might go there and see what I had to say.

If you use this site in the future, please try to keep your posts confined to one thread. Otherwise, it is confusing to those who are trying to find time to help.
