expungements and early probation termination

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum...Does anyone know generally what lawyers(in Louisiana) charge for expungment and/or early probation termination for 3rd offense(felony) DUI?

Call a local attorney and ask to make sure.

Expungement you can do yourself by going to the solicitor and asking for the forms to fill out (if you qualify).

what's a solicitor and where can I look to find one? Will they know if I qualify/

In which county/city do you live? The solicitor is the prosecutor who brought the charges against you in the first place. If you go to the solicitors web site for your jurisdiction, it will probably have a link there that says expungements and if you click on it, it will tell you what crimes can be expunged and under what circumstances it can be done.
