Default DUI in colorado was not driving

I recieved a dui I was not driving the police did not see me driving i have a witness that was in the vehicle.I said i was driving to keep my 14yo special needs son out of trouble.This happened on private property.can you be given a roadside test on private property?

You said you were not driving but in the very next sentence you said you were driving.

I don't get it

This sounds like very convoluted testimony to me and I suspect it's going to get worse; ie MORE convoluted. I'm not a judge so I don't know how to react to testimony such as this. You say a lot with few words.

eYeah me again-

Nothing personal but with rapid-fire remarks like this it seems to me you're going in there with the sole intention of trying to make a fool out of the Court. Please get a grip on yourself, try to get your story straight ahead of time and don't try to piss the judge off too much.
