Unhappy 4 tickets for forgeting my wallet at home

well not exactly, 2 of them are from forgeting my wallet, one is an inflated speeding ticket, and the other is a ticked for a blemish on my 08 sticker on my plates. Lets start at the beginning, Today i had a final in my math class, I'm a 22 year old male attending community college near in Elkhart, IN by the way, anyway I did pretty well on the final and was kinda excited. When I was in highschool and the year immediately preceding that I had some trouble with tickets and driving in general. But, for the last 3 years i have a spotless record and i was really exited about it. Back to the present, Being excited i got a little ahead of myself and was going 10-15 miles over the speed limit, being the only car on the road it was easy for me to lose track, not that it makes it better I am very dissapointed about that. About a mile and a half down the road from my college i was pulled over, at first i didnt think i was getting pulled over, this car was coming up on me at about 70 and i thought that I merely had to pull over for a cop making an emergency call. This proved to be wrong. Now before detailing this next part, i wish to say that i have some issues im working through. I have very bad ADD and moderate antisocial personality dissorder. Long story short i do not respond well to high pressure situations like being pulled over. After pulling me over the officer took his time, and parked in a position that took up the majority of both westbound, i think anyway, lanes on a 4 lane road. In all honesty i would have thought he was drunk if he wasn't a police officer, not that im actually accusing him of anything like that, only unprofessionalism. Upon conversing with the officer finally he was very rude and somewhat verbally abusive. I gave him my registration and asked him to please wait because I was having trouble locating my wallet, which contains both my operator's license and my prof of insurance. I apologized about not having either and he badgered me, in a very confrontational way, about other forms of ID and then made a few snide remarks about how stupid i was for not having my wallet. We then conversed over the reason I was pulled over. I admitted to going about 10 over and said that i was sorry but i was excited and spacing out a little. the then told me i was going 22 over and that i was a danger to everyone on the road, even though this particular road was empty. Then he asked why i didnt have a current sticker on my plates. I had no idea what he was talking about, and i expressed genuine surprise, i was then treated like an idiot. After all this patronizing and underhanded verbal abuse, i was on the verge of a panic attack, and blurted out. "Ok I'm sorry please just give me my ticket, I feel bad enough already," although I will admit that it was with a rather angry tone. To this he responded in a VERY threatening manner that i was going to get at least 5 tickets and pay over $500. he then FINALLY took my information and left me alone for half an hour. he then came back with 4 tickets which were, quoted exactly, "No license in poss. when required," "Failure to display current Reg,"Driving in excess of posted limit, 57 in a 35," and the ever so eloquently worded, "No insurance papers." I as then forced to wait in a vacant lot in a fairly bad part of town. Well it was the worst part of Elkhart city, but thats nor too hardcore, and wait for one on my parents to bring me my proof of insurance. i waited for about an hour and a half in that vacant lot. The officer drove past about 10 times in that time. He also pulled 2 other cars over, one of which was driven by a fairly highly intoxicated man. I know because i shared the lot with that man. Thats right a person who should have gone to jail for DUI got off with nothing more than chilling in a lot, not even a ticket, while i recieved 4 tickets and almost had my car towed. I'm not harboring any delusions of suing the police department, or even getting off scott free. i deserve a ticked for about 13 over or so, and thats it. The officer baited me into getting angry at him, and i have the distinct impression that he had a good time doing it. In reality im just being punished for being young and having a bad response to how the officer treated me. My question is thus, one does anyone know a good resource for indiana traffic laws so i can find out exactly what can happen and understand my charges better, and two what do you think my options are? I would like to file a complaint against him, but I think that before i go to traffic court that would just make fighting the tickets even harder, as the officer would most likely make a point out of doing his best to make sure the tickets stick. So any ideas would be appreciated. Oh btw the missing sticker on my plate... was nothing more than a blemish, the top of the 8 had faded leaving it hard to see.
