| California License, in now suspended. I live in California and I recieved a DUI in July. I own property in another State, at which, I went out of State and obtained a License prior to my conviction in California. Now my California License, in now suspended, and the other state is not aware of the conviction, Is it legal to drive in California, using my out of state license? If not, is there a hardship issue, with taking childeren to school, going to work, and going to the store to buy food? |
