Unconstitutional DUI arrest

Hello.

I am the victim of an unconstitutional DUI arrest. This is a due process case, and an unnecessary use of force by police case, amongst other things. I have had two lawyers on the case that did not perform, represented myself for a while (I made more headway than any lawyer has so far) and am currently represented by the California Public Defender, who is also not performing. I need help from an ethical lawyer.
