Default Driving without license

i got a ticket concerning driving without license few days ago. I plead guilty and paid ridiculous amount of fine.
it's all good.
but Problem starts here.
I am not a citizen of U.S. matter of fact, i am on VISA status in US.

and I was wondering if this ticket that i got few days ago, concerning driving without license, would affect me coming in to US in the future.

If I visit my country and come back for studying, would I have trouble getting into US? and get kicked out?

I really am not sure where to find an answer.
It does not give me specific laws that I can not offend in order to come back in to U.S.
Does "driving without valid license" one of the law that forbids me to come back to U.S. again?

You have got to read through the link I provided. If you cannot find specific references to the crime you are talking about consult an attorney.

Default First of all, Hello everyone!!!

Hello everyone, I just found this forum... Its very interesting...

I read this topic and I also have the same question but in my case I have a case in INS which is in standby and I will not get a working permit or an answer from them until they check my case again... It's kind of ridiculous the way INS manage my case. Anyway, a few months ago I got stopped by a police officer and found out my DL was expired. then, I went to court and paid a fine.
Now a few days ago I started to drive again since my wife is also working and we have to support our family...So, I dont have a choice and have to drive to my job everyday without a DL now.

So, My question is, If I get stop by a police officer, Could I face Jail for that reason?
I always carry with me all the INS papers, proof of insurance and registration but I dont even know if that will help me if I get stop by LE...

PS. I live in South Florida!
Thanks in advance,

Wicked
