sending to court

hello
i hope someone can tell me what i will be faceing regarding what happend t me. i was stoped y police coz not putting the light to turn .. and i am a non resident and i do not have a driver licence from US, I was driving with my country driver licence. and the police told me was fake ( his word against mine ) and he give me a ticket to go to court and the tkt said :
feilure a signal
operating without a licence
and fake licence.
i am so worried about this and i will apreciate if someone can help me and give me some advice ???

What kind of advice would you like that you already don't know? You DO know how to become a resident, don't you? You DO know it is against the law to drive without a valid drivers license, don't you? ( Its not his word against yours--you ADMIT you don't have a license for the state in which you were driving).

SO, the bigger question is----if you knew all of that, what do you want someone here to tell you? If you are here illegally, I suspect you will be deported. Just a guess, yanno. The rest? You already know.
