Default Pennsylvania Ist DUI

Just got my first DUI in PA last week. Blew about a .22 when he turned it off, I think it was still going up. I have a clean adult record, however, I was arrested twice for underage drinking when I was 15, and once for weapon possesion when I was 16. I am 26 now. One of my questions is: Will my BAC or juvenile record affect my chances of ARD? I got along very well with the arresting officer, and he told me it was ashame, because I seemed like a really good guy. Will anything I said during the arrest come up in court, or is the officer a passive witness in court? I don't plan on fighting the charge, however, I would like to get the speeding ticket, and charge of reckless driving dropped. Chances? Anyway, a lot of nail biting recently, so I appreciate anyone's thoughts and advice.

Thanks.

It would be easier if you had asked for the "Moon and Stars". Wow, you sure do want a lot, don't you? Do you really think, or believe, that at a .22 you're going to get ARD? And you somehow think that, with that in your "pocket," you have a chance to have the speeding ticket, and charge of reckless driving dropped? You'd have a better chance at winning the Lottery.

You're going "bye-bye" for a very long time.

So, what's your deal? You get your rocks off scaring people that have made mistakes? I have kept my nose clean for nearly 10 years, I run a construction crew for 7 years now, mind my business, and try to live my life as straight as possible. I am coming out of a 4 year relationship that has devastated me emotionally. That night, I ended up crying into my drink with a close friend over my woman problems and it got out of hand. I make no excuses for my actions. They were stupid, dangerous, and irresponsible. I do not drink on a regular basis, and I certainly never drive under those conditions. However, that night combined some bad timing in my life with an even worse decision to get in my car. You have wings on your back?

You're breaking my heart! None of us, especially me, have EVER gone through bad times, or a bad relationship. I guess you're the only one. I like to be hopped up on Cocaine, Marijuana, and Tequila when I drive. The road belongs to me!!

There are so many holes in your last post, it isn't even funny. I won't bother, and I don't think you should either. Take your lumps (or actually, boulders). Do you sincerely believe you deserve sympathy for this?

You make me sick. You're going to get slammed, big time. Good!

I do believe it is always safe to assume that the police officer will act as though he is your best friend at the moment. It keeps you calm and cooperative---two things necessary for him to go home alive at the end of the day.

FYI, Mr/Ms Westside law--the road belongs to me! Didn't you get the memo?? I hate it when that happens. So hard to find good clerical help these days. They're all in jail for DUI.

I have an easement by necessity as well as a prescriptive easement on any and all lanes ( both directions, tyvm).
