Default DUI/OVI OFFENDERS.... Help!

Upon recieving my OVI charge I was put on probation for 1 year. Part of my probation I signed a waiver not to drink ANY alcohol, however that did't work out. I had gone out the night before with my roommates for some beers and had to work the next morning. Because I got privelges to drive to work I had to put in an Interlock system. On this morning I failed the breathalizer to start my car and am wondering what is going to happen? Jail Time? Longer suspension? Fines? ETC? Any help would be greatly appriciated

You broke the rules of your probation so be prepared for most anything. They can take away your probation which they probably will and the DUI will be on record now - plus probably longer suspension - and the fact that you were attempting to drive under the influence is not a good thing. No matter that it was the nite before the machine nailed you as being under the influence - enough to set off the breathalyzer.
