Divorce with exclusive use of non marital home...WHAT CAN I DO?

My husband had moved out about 5 years ago but still has his property at the house. The home is in his name only and he bought it a couple years before we married. We have no minors (just myself, my brother and our 19 y/o daughter are living in the house currently) and I've stopped making payments on the home so it is now going into foreclosure. He offered me the property 2 years ago with the trade that I take his home out of his name. I couldn't get approved for it and I couldn't find anyone's name to put it in. 5 months ago he offered me a rental home that he fixed up for me, a car and $5000 to move, which I refused. He than offered me $10000, which I refused again. He has now has filed for divorce and a motion for exclusive use of the property. What can I expect at the exclusive rights to the property hearing?

Housing is another issue that can be determined in pretrial motions. An attorney can file a motion requesting a spouse to have exclusive rights to live or occurpy in the marital home while the divorce proceedings period.
