Default Help

I am married but I have been having an affair and fallen in love with a married man. His wife does have proof about us but does suspect there is something going on. When my lover tried to file for divorce from her so we could be together, she threatened to destroy him and has since sent me threatening emails saying she will destory me as well by sending evidence to my work, to my clients and my husband. My lover has accepted her terms in order to protect me. My lover owns a company with her and she is threatening to ruin his life and mine. Is this possible? Can she sue me and destory me?

Thumbs up

You cannot be sued for Adultery. Read "Adultery" Post in the Family Law Forum. If this woman is harrassing you then you might be able to get a restraining order against her. Look into it.
