I am currently married to a spouse who is incarcerated in Ohio. This man has forged my signature on several cardit cards and has litarlly stole money from my family. He spent 5 months in jail last year for forging my father's signature on a new car loan. We have been married for 10 years and do not have any children from this marriage. I am so finacially strapped I had to sell my house to avoid forclosure. I would like to divorce while he is in jail but do not have the funds to do it. I would to know is there a way to do this with having to spend alot of money. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
