I am married for 13 years with no childern. I been living with a family member now for two years. I want my divorce to be over as quickly as possible. If I file for an uncontested divorce I will be able to complete everything within three months or less but I will not be able to use a lawyer. I am fine with this because there is nothing to contest to except for alimony and credit card bills with only my name on them. Can I still get alimony and If I do not use a lawyer will I lose my alimony and be stuck with the bills? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks, Josephine 2 N.Y.C.
