Military
My Boyfriend is going through a divorce right now. Two years ago his wife just up and left him with out telling him while he was in Iraq. When he got home she took everything he had not to mention wrecked his car. Well he supported her for that year that they were seperated and now she wants 17,000 in back pay. He tried to find her but he couldn't so my question is, Is she entitled to that money, and should he fight it?

What is the $17,000 for? He supported her while they were separated but were they living together? What state did this occur in?
