divorce papers

went to court house and got do it yourself papers for divorce, husband won't sign them he says they are fake, what do i do now?

You do not say what jurisdiction and laws vary from state to state to it is difficult to be certain.

Go go the courthouse and they will probably tell you he has to be SERVED by a process server and the papers have to be filed at the courthouse (depending on where you live).

i live in the state of alabama.

will i have to pay a server or processing fee?
