If you remove the "he said, she said" part of your posting, you have very little else. Im betting if HE were asked, he would say YOU cheated first. So from an objective point of view, its a wash.

How were you supporting yourself after he was deployed? Is there a reason you cannot simply go back to work? You were not, apparently, married for any great length of time. Securing a job to see to your own welfare until this is worked out would be a good idea. I am not sure what your legal question is.

However, on a practical level, allegation of cheating from half a world away really are difficult to ascertain from the standpoint of truthfulness. And really, the whole I CHEATED BECAUSE HE DID thing really paints a bleak picture of your maturity. Abdicating any integrity you may hold simply because someone else did costs you way more than it costs him. Honestly---do you think he cares if YOU cheat when HE is allegedly cheating? If HONOR and INTEGRITY was high on his list of "must haves" he wouldn't have been cheating. Your cheating and engaging in casual s3x with your mentality as it is doesn't hurt him----it dishonors and risks YOU. And you are worth more than that.

You asked if you get money from a house--what house and where is it now? Is it the house you left behind and moved out of when you headed south?
