Unhappy need some advice

i have only been married for 5 1/2 years and it is not working. my husband and i have not shared a bed in over 3 years i want a divorice.the problem is that he refuses to give me a divorice. he sleeps in the basement while my room is upstairs with the children. we have one child together and i have 2 teenagers from a previous relationship.my husband makes 43,000 a year and i make 13,000. almost a year ago he quit contributing to the house payment and all of the bills i have been managing but most of the time the children have to go without food because it is not in the budget. he is enjoying his life, he just bought himself a new bike and has many crdeit cards. i am afraid his spending is going to come back and get me and i will have to help pay it off. i have already received calls and letters saying that he was behind on his payments that is how i found out about his credit cards and bike i also recently found out he has am account with roughly 7,000 in it but i can not get access to it because my name is not on the account. i do not qualify for any leagal help because his income counts as my income even though i nor the children never see the money. i am dsperate and and my end i want this man out of my house and my life and i do not know how to do this. i will not take my children and leave this is our home i have been making the payments on my own for almost a year now and can not give up. i just want to be happy again and want the same for my children. this man needs to get out and learn that he has to support his child and can not continue to live off of me anymore. please does anyone out there have any advice as to what i can do?

Go to the local courthouse and ask them what paperwork is needed to file a divorce. Your husband does not have to agree. File appropriate paperwork without an attorney although this is not a wise idea.
