need advice about divorce

I am in need of some major advice concerning my situation, my husband and I have been married since 2000, but we have been separated for the last year, August of 2008, but in January of this year he up and left to go back to Mexico. He has not sent any support homne to his children, and I am wanting to end the marriage. He has no intentions of coming back here to his kids or family. How do I proceed with this, issue???
