Spouse Is Lying About Gambling
My spouse is lying about going to casino and the money spent. I am finding out that this has gone on for a few yrs. I want to know If an attorney can subpoena records from casinos using player card info and is it costly and time consuming.

What is your goal? You want to prove he is lying? To what end? You don't need to prove that to divorce him or leave him. What are you trying to accomplish?

And no an attorney cannot subpoena records unless it is pursuant to/and related to and NECESSARY for a lawsuit/court action. Just being curious about his lying isn't enough.
