| Some advice needed, She in Texas, I in The Netherlands. First of all I married in 23th of January 2008 in Florida USA. I was deported in 2009 and cannot enter the country at the moment because of paperwork that needs to be done and then I have to wait at least 1 more year, before I could live in the USA again. However, since I was deported my wife has cheated on my several times and admitted to it as well. I talked to her about this and tried to work things out maybe, however that did not happen. I want to divorce my wife, she does not. That is the first problem. The second problem is residency rules that I read about. I cannot live in Florida for 6 months. Is there a way to go around this rule? Or do I have to wait about 2 and half years before I can divorce her? |
