Need Help ASAP!

O Clark, from St. Louis MO. I"ve been separated since 10/27/07 and been in the process of a divorce since late 2008. Since then I've been paying child support and keeping up with my scheduled visitation visits. On July 14 09 my future ex wife filed a false domestic case on me accusing me of beating her up, she put a restraining order on me. I got served papers on 7/15/09, I then learned that she told the courts that we still lived together so I was removed from my home and she is now living in the house. When discussing all this with my attorney, I was the under the assumption that we were gonna file orders to overturn the restraining order and get me back in my house due to the fact everything was a lie. Are court date was originally set for the 30 of July 2009. The court date was bumped up to the 7/29 09 and it did not involve anything about the restraining order or getting me back in my house. Ultimently things spun out of control. My attorney screwed me because he never told me that my ex drooped the restraining order, which is why we didn't have our original court date of the 7/30/09. Nor did he draw up the paper work for me to press charges aginst her for falseifing a statement to have me removed from my house and he added lines in on the paper work after i singned them saying my ex wife can temporarily live in my house then took them too the judge without my consent now I am out of money, confused and desperately needing a new attorney. I need help, ASAP!!
