I've Been Married 26yrs.2 Grown Kids.when We Got Married My Dad Deeded Ground To Me To Build A House.i Was Raised On A Farm And This Was Dad's Way Of Paying Us Kids For Work Done On The Farm.my Family Help Me Build The House,everything.from Septic System,eletrical,the Concrete Work.i Payed Cash To Hire A Retired Block Layer.my Dad,brother,and The Rest Of My Family Put The Basement Up.i Then Went To Get A Contruction Loan Beacause My Wife And I Had Order A House That Had The Outside Already Framed.though My Brother's Help His Brother-in-law We Bought The Kit At Cost.saving A Bundle.i Got A Bank Loan And All The Wife Had To Do Is Sign.the Land Was Used As A Downpayment.as The Years Went By I Made All The House,insurance,land Tax,carpayments.the Loan Was Only For $40,000.00 In1976.so I Was Always Working To Finish The Rest By Working A Lot Of Overtime Or Taking Money Out Of My 401account That I Had At Work.i Had A Job At Monsanto,plus Helped Dad Farm.the Wife Had A Good Job And She Is A Work-a-holic.the Only Problem Was She Bought Groceries And Colthes.we Have Two Great Kids.i Bought Them What Ever They Wanted.nothing Great.but By The Time They Got Out Of College I Bought 6 Cars Between Them.insurance,lic,tires,gas And Whatever It Took.i'm Complaining Because They Deserved It.they Are Great Students And Just Good Young Adluts.my Wife Worked Long Hours And I Never Asked Here To Pay For Anthing.i Seen Her Paycheck Maybe 5 Times In 25 Yrs.i Didn't Care I Was Making Good Money Nad That Just What Dad's Do.she Would Tell Me I Neede To Work More O.t.
