Need Advice please.

His response to my taking the money from our joint account was to close the joint account and file this injunction. I have kept all reciepts and a record of what the money was used for. Now mind you when he left he opened new accounts without me so why does he still have money going into the joint account which he says is my account " the account is for your use" <~~ his words? while he makes or made ( he denies he is a tuck driver, like whats he been doing the past 14 years) over 3000 a month not counting pension , Va nor bonus and deemed I shouldklive on less that 1300 a month and the grandson.

I have my own account got it soon after he left. As i didnt want her knowing my business seems from day one that he left she has access to all his bank accounts and such. But he forgot I could still see his credit card statements where he took her on vacations and furniture and clothes shopping and such and yes I priinted the for the lawyer and also when he visited he had me teach him how to download his accounts to his laptop and I have a cruise drive so up until March of 09 I know what he made. over 11,000 and put over 3000 in savings from January 1st til then of 09. and in 08 had over 8000.00 in savings can we say I am a fool for trusting him. He said we were just going to live apart and he would not divorce me. But now that I filed for divorce this is his retaliation. he wanted no fault divorce and to give me 675.00 per month.

I do have cards joint in his name but once he cut support i couldnt pay and got behind so since stopped using but once i took that money i caught them up and i still pay on them

It got continued again till December. He claims he is now disabled and lost his CDL. My Lawyer is asking for proof i.e. medical records and all. We know he gets disability from Army but he claims new disability. He wants me to pay support and maintenance. The bank account that he isn’t supplying records for they claim is drained and insinuate i had something to do with it but I have no access to that account, he deposited over 19,000 into it. He suggested to Lawyer that I ok for him to sell my truck to pay marital debt. But he been buying furniture and new truck for him , going on vacation and such with Her, And yes she was there with him. He didn’t even speak to me nor ask about our grandson who we are co guardians of.
I sat here figuring out his income since he left as to what I have in income which he had over 45,000 more then I had . So in essence i got less than a third so what he doing with all the money? I have had no support for 4 months now
No temporary maintenance either.
SO right now he gets almost 1800 a month His pension and army Disability
and I have 600 a month and I am raising a 4 year old

Just me again next court date is Dec 28. I called lawyer no temp maintenance or anything. My stbx still suggest selling my truck to pay marital debt. Claims he can no longer work so should not be required to pay me anything after 30 years of marriage. He is including anything he has bought with her and vacations and such as marital debt, clothes, jewelry you name it. Claims that the savings account that he deposited over 20,000.00 into is drained and implies that I took it, I have no access to that account. I added marital income from since he left and it totals combined 112.000.00 plus, but I have gotten less than 33,000.00 including my job so he has had in excess of 46,000.00 More than I in marital income but claims that I still should pay half the marital debt while he lives with another woman and she benefits from his income. This all seems unfair to me.
