I'm currently in the middle of my divorce and my papers have been in the court system for at least 40 days and i want to go get marride but i want to know if i can. Do i have to wait till its finalized?

Middle of Divorce
You will have to wait until your divorce is finalized to remarry. This time period depends on what state you are in. In many states it takes 6 months for a divorce to become final. Other states have shorter time frames. You will want to find out your states time frame and plan your wedding after this date.
