Rights of husband leaving home.
I must leave my home due to serious problems with my wife. Not sure if we will get a legal separation (New York). We've owned our home for 16 years. We have a 17 year old and a disabled 18 year old. We have an unattached personal office building.
If my wife doesn't want me at the house do I have any rights to go to get my belongings in either the house or the separate office. Do I have rights with my disabled 18 year old (he's not yet under any legal guardianship).

You may want to contact your local police department. Many will offer to escort you to the property to obtain your belongings. If this is not something your PD does then you will want to take her to court.
As for custody/visitation rights of your children. This will be established when you file for legal separation or divorce.
