These are details you need to work out with an attorney.

If you want your name 'cleared" ( Im not sure why your name isn't 'clear'--you weren't charged criminally, were you?) You want to be allowed to harass her again?

Furthermore, she cannot revoke the OP. It is a COURT order---not a WIFE ORDER. She doesn't have the authority to revoke a court order against you anyway.

Well, having an OP against you isnt a crime--and it doesn't reflect on your record like having a felony would, for example. In a few months (usually 6-12) the OP ends, unless, for some reason the judge made it permanent, which I have never encountered happening before. Take one step at a time--and for godsake, stop calling her!

What has happened since you posted last? When does the order expire? Two more months? Have you been to court? How do you see the kids without violating the OP?

Have you considered counseling? Many insurance plans cover mental health counseling--and it may help you during this difficult time.

I hope you have an attorney.
