pfa help
recently, my 40 year old wife entered a relationship with a 24 year old girl. she filed for divorce and i told her i wouldn't leave the house until it was final. at that time she put a pfa on me. she stated child abuse (kids were in constant fear of me) and drugs. after 16 days of not seeing my kids. i went to the hearing. it was vacated because she knew it was filed under false pretenses. i had to submit to a hair follicle test, which came back negative. as for child abuse, the day i was finally able to see them, they came running to me as if there was no tomorrow. she knew she lied to get me out of the house to continue this relationship. her mother lived with me for 10 years and she totally supports her daughter. at the pfa hearing, i had to sign a visation consent to see my kids. at that time, i didn't care what needed done, i wanted my kids. i have a 10 year old son who is verbally beaten by his mom, grandmother and 15 year old brother. his brother would be my step son and used words towards him like gay, faggot, homo and others. i'm in the processes of trying to get full custody of him. my question is this. is there any legal action that i can take in the state of pennsylvania towards her for knowingly falsifying a pfa for her benifit. i've coached 3 sports in our community, and not only did the officer who served the pfa not believe a word of it, but the whole community can't believe she did this. any help would be greatly appreciated. i would like for her to feel some of the pain she has inflicted upon me. thanks.
