Default 473b filed on me from o/c after no show

I recently got a default judgment in a 13 month marriage/no kids/no realestate. O/C refused the motion to compell 2107 and did not submit I&E statements. Also did not show to Trial. After 2 osc hearings where he made me show when he attempted to get spousal support and fees for a 13 month marriage. Neither time did he bring I&E docs and did not show the second time. On June 7/05 he asked the court for an extension for trial .ON juny 19 I got the 2107 2103 agiainst him. on 8/11/05 O/C did not show up until 2 hours late after I was awarded a default judgment. His 473b motion for a new trial states he innocently sent the I/E docs to storrage instead of filing by accident and wants a new trial. Also He still has not completed the I&E docs. I need help responding to the court to convince the court to not give him a new trial. ANY HELP OUT THERE????

Your attorney will know what to file. If you are unable to retain counsel you will want to create a timeline of events so that the judge can see that he seems to be playing games.
