Exclamation Bigamy

After 3 years of marriage I have found out my husband is still married to his first wife of 22 years. They filed for divorce but nothing has been done to the case since 2004. I filed charges and he was arrested. I just don't know how to proceed. I have no income and have filed for my disablity. He was the only income and was paying all my medical expenses. They are married in Tenn. and we are married in N.C. Please I am so cunfused.

What was your question?

Why did you have him arrested---did you know or have proof he acted on purpose? Why did you have him arrested if you knew you would have no place to go, or no income, etc? You leave out a lot of details.
