Default Do I get spousal support

I live in CA and have been married for ten years. I have not filed divorce papers yet, but I wanted to know if I would get spousal support. I work in real estate and so does my ex so our incomes are never the same. Last year I made 40,000 and he made 150,000 and we have 3 kids together. Do I get spousal support? This year I have made close to 100,000.

Do you think there's a possibility that I would get spousal support?
