Hello folks I need advice on a problem.
Im wanting a divorce and I have restraining order on me. And I am willing to give her the house and everything in it. What would be a good way to get the info to her so that we can agree or not agree on a quick and cheap way to get this done? Should I just get an attorney and have him contact her and see what she wants to do. We don’t have a lot of money so I will most likely get an extra job to pay for one. For myself. I have filed and im waiting for a hearing. A non contested divorce would be the most likely way to go if she agrees. But getting the info to her is the problem. I heard thru the grape vine she is not ready for a divorce. But I am and I want out. The restraining order was put upon me just to get me out of the house. There was and never was any violence in involved. And I know that is hard to believe , but it is true. Im angry that she even did it. But enough said , we have been married for 29 years and I want out. I would like to do this the easy way . If she does want to contest , does that means more time and money. And can I just go on with life and let this loom over my head until she decides on what to do. im rather new at this and i know there is alot to this. Thanks…………………….Robert |
