Hi,
I did something really dumb due to some emotional issues i was having- I was married in a lesbian same *** marriage in Canada 2004. we lived in NY, then NC. by the end of 2006, i moved out and moved back to NY. I want to file for divorce, but dont know where to go or who to talk to. also, I am involved with someone of the opposite *** now and we want to get married. since same *** marriage is banned like everywhere, is it possible to marry them since the same *** marriage is basically null and void here in the USA and i never made it known that i was married to a woman in the first one to any agencies- ie: didnt get my name changed, etc?????? PLEASE HELP!!!! |
