Default What do I do now?

I have been trying to get divorced since Dec. 3rd,2005. My estranged husband is really estranged. He is still trying to control me. And what I do. We have temporary orders in place. But the stupid broad that was my attorney really screwed me not him. It says that he gets visitation on nights that he is not working and the minimum provided in the schedule. He will not give me my babies back. As long as I am living with my parents. Both of my parents smoke. I know it is bad for my children. But what else am I suppose to do when I get evicted and have no where else to go? He didn't pay the amount of child support ordered. He didn't pay hardly anything. What was I suppose to do. It is hard to take care and provide for 3 children at $8.30 an hour. No state assistance because I make too much. He purposely took time off work so I could not pick up my children and bring them home with me. And he is probably not going to let me take them to my Grandfather's birthday party either. Just to make sure that I don't keep them. What do I do? I can't afford an attourney right now. I can't afford to move out right now. I just want my babies to come home.

Red face

Your situation will have to be handled at the courthouse. You will need to contact LegalAid since you cannot afford an attorney or talk to the clerk to find out what you need to file (they really are a great resource).
