Duress/Coercion
What constitutes duress or coercion in a marriage agreement?
A coworker had been engaged for a year before the wedding, but as the wedding date approached she changed her mind (3 days) before. Her father-in-law to be threatened to pull his business from her parent's company if she didn't go through with the wedding. So she got married. She didn't tell her parents at the time. And her fiance didn't know either. She told him after, but he doesn't believe her. Does this constitute duress or coercion? Can she get an annulment or divorce?
