Default ex wife from hell

My ex wife drew up a shared parenting plan to where she would pay 1/2 medical, all school fees and $750 a year in clohes, I have full custody, I agreed. She has never payed any medical or school, and has done about 1/2 on clothes. She is a paralegal and has flooded the court with motions, including requesting discovery, including my wife, her ex husbands, her child support, and almost everyone in my family. She moved to Florida and did not foreward her address to the court. The judge ruled in my favor..she owed 13,000 in back support and she was to pay monthly support. She has recently(after state of Flordia threatened to take hr license) been paying. Now she wants to refute the judge and request another hearing. I have recieved many letters from her trying to "settle out of court" the main thing being to "all arrearages be forgotten" or she will pursue in the strongest way, and please avoid this FIASCO" Is there anything I can do?

Despite all her filings it does not seem to be helping her case. If you can afford to drop the arrears and want to then settle with her. Otherwise continue with the case and I'm sure the judge will again find in your favor.
