Default I want to stop my divorce

I want to stop my divorce, I was coerced into it after only 2 weeks seperation. My family insisted on me filing divorce papers but now I have changed my mind, what can I do? Someone told me that if my husband spends the night or we have sexual encounters that everything that was filed becomes null & void & we have to start the procedures over again. Is this true? If not what options do I have to stop the legal work?

Why didn't you tell us your State name? Did you think every State has the same laws?

We can't help you without a State name.

If you havent gone to court yet and have only filed the papers then all it seems like a simple matter of going to court and telling the judge you dont want the divorce to be final. If its final, then you will have to be remarried. But if it is just in the filing stages either party can stop it.
