Unhappy wanting to divorce my incarcerated husband
i want to divorce my husband who is incarcerated and has been incarcerated a month after we have gotten married until now he continuously stays in jail and now its like he is harrassing me and he is threatning to take our son from me whom i have raised like a mother should for four years

It shouldn't be a problem to file for a divorce. See an attorney.

I agree, just talk to a lawyer about it... A divorce under those circumstances, and keeping custody of your child should be straight forward enough.
