Caught at the border

here goes, earlier this year I married my mexican husband in mexico, shortly after I returned to the US, just to find out shortly later that my husband did not want to be without his family(me & daughter) so he tried to cross the border and got caught and spent 15+ days in an Ice house waiting for the court to deport him, when they did they told him that I now could not apply for him for 10 years, his public attorney told him he could apply for a pardon, I can't seem to find out how to do a pardon to the Consulate General. The only form I found was an I-212 can some one tell me were i can find information on how to do this step. I am lost major and keep hitting a wall.
