Entering the US after deportation
I was deported at the US border over 5 years ago. I was denied to enter and I got 5 years. Now after the 5 years over I tried to enter as a visitor and they say I need the file a waiver to enter even though the 5 years is over.I am Canadian and my wife is a US citizen and she want to file for me. Can you tell me what type of waiver I need to file and if she file for my US residency do I still need a waiver?
