defected OTR Tires (Warranty claim) and china made tires under made in USA

Our clients (the end user refused to pay tires money the contract value is 78000 usd and they have filled a law suit against us costing us more than 90000 usd the contract value plus 15% delay fees and the case is still ungoing and the lost of our clients trust and the lost of our reputation in the local market . (for example the Cement factory we are dealing with have placed us in the black list for vendors banned from any other supplies our company sales was 30% to this particular client)

The reason mainly is that we have signed the contract as the tires are made in USA when tires arrived they were made in China and very carefully erased the stamp that shows made in china from some of the tires.this behaviors have casued huge embarssing to us )

this case cost us to lay off 75% our workers and we are facing bankrupcy we have evidance and documentaion for each of the transaction made with the ATC.
wich said to be american manfacture but they dont even have factory in usa .

The proplem is that this home based business ATC is stil in the market and still sell the chinese tires under the brand name COLORADO and runing there busines from California LosAngles. which make us wonder when are any govermenatl authorties in the USA are going to stand for them
