Default puppy lemon law

I bought a puppy for My Pocket Puppy in California. The guy sent her to me, I don't live in California. I received her on Nov. 7. The day after I got her, she had diarrhea with blood in the stool. I talked with the Vet, he didn't seem alarmed. Her stool became hard, but it was black, still showed signs of internal bleeding. Took her to the Vet. she had Kennel Cough, he hospitalized her. I went back two days later to pick her up because I am able to keep her warm and attend to her better. Two days later she has pneumonia, she has never been outside or around sick dogs to catch these colds at my house. I take her back to the Vet to give her a shot of penicillin and B vitamins. Not getting any better. The next day I called the Vet again to see if anything else I can do. They were surprised she was still alive. The next day I took her to another Vet because she just kept getting worse and she recommended putting her down because she was a poorly bred dog. She was sick before I got her. I had to put her down on Nov. 21, barely two weeks. I have emailed the guy I got her from and called him. He won't answer my emails or my phone calls. I paid a lot of money for my puppy and I had a heart breaking experience. The guy assured me she was healthy and told me I had a 15 day live guarantee and a 1 year health guarantee. I have called the credit card company to dispute the charge, but I don't know if I will get my money back.
Can anyone help?
