Default continuation of speedy trial due process

the day after I entered a not guilty plea and retained a attorrney. my attorney found the case interesting, on the obinus date we he meet with the prosecutor and of course went over discovery, he also filed a motion to dismiss per speedy trial violation. after going outside he looks at me and says I have to tell you I am running for prosecutor, he just filed that day, he stated to me he didnt think that would be a problem, the next metting with my attorney he tells me no way I can go to trial with my record, then tells me that I am a political pawn now, and the prosector is really upset he is running for prosecuter. 2 months later we went into court for the motion to dismiss, the prosecuter ask where the supporting law was for the motion? the judge continued the case for 30 days, I have run out of money and now close to broke and about to lose everything I have gained in the last 4 years. I told my attornry I was broke but he told me he has a obligation to finish with the motion then when the judge denies it I will try and get a pubic defender, he told me he did not think the judge will grant the motion. I am not attorney, I have did a appeal and won, so I do know what pertains to
