Is is a violation....

Please tell me if anyone knows if it's a violation of Parole in Pennsylvania if you get fired from your job for drug suspicion. My step-daughter was fired for this and her supervisor told her that if she went that same day and got drug tested and it came back clean that she could have her job back on the spot, but she didn't go. Leads me to believe that she was doing drugs at work.

Without seeing her records or the orders pertaining to her parole, I am not sure. But if the probation counselor finds out she was terminated for drug use (failure to take the test) it very well MAY be grounds for MORE testing of her. Read her paperwork, word for word. It very well may say in there. Generally, suspicion of a crime is not a crime itself. But with parole, depending on the nature of her restrictions it may be.

Call her parole officer and ask. You just may save her life.
