illegal search and seizure???

To whom it may concern.
I am an average 32 yr old disabled american living in america.I'm the type that stops to help people in need if I can.The average american.Recently the state police raided my home for internet crimes "downloading".I asked to see the search warrent before they entered my home and was told no.Instead I was told they were going to shoot my dog.The cops forced their way into my house with no search warrent.Tore up my home.I was detained for 6 hrs before I got to see a search warrent.Which the cop told me he had just this minute typed up.He signed it,dated it,and put a time on it right in front of me.I later found out in the 20 minute time period before someone showed up to get my dog,my dog got maced in the face.He was out in the yard away from their search so there's no reason to mace a dog but to make him meaner or to torture him.Yesterday I found out they are pressing charges against me and I'm facing 97yrs. Up to this I've had a spotless criminal record with not one blemish and not even so much as a speeding ticket on my driving record.I'm a recluse male who keeps to himself and likes to watch movies to take up the boredom.Now I face 97yrs.Heck even murders do LESS time.So I'm just trying to get this story out there in the hopes of getting peoples advice and assistance with this if possible.I dont have much money as I'm on disability.I dont know any lawyers as I've never commited a crime before.

With what were you charged, and are you guilty of the charges against you? Downloading what? Illegal downloading, illegally accessing other people's information, or child p0rn?

A little bit of info about search warrants----it is NOT possible for the cops to pre date a search warrant because it must be signed by a JUDGE. And even if you GET a crooked cop who is faking documents, getting a JUDGE to agree to do it and getting an entire SWAT team full of officers to AGREE to carry out the search without a warrant is a long stretch.

I would hire an attorney ASAP. 97 years is a really long time.
