if you receive a united states district court violation notice. where would you inquire to get more information on it?

Surely there is more information on the paperwork. What does it say? What type of notice? What type of violation?

says central violations bureau. i guess it would be there. =)]

I have, if nothing else, a firm grasp on the obvious Hopefully, there is a phone number on there as well.
